You may use this form to purchase Altar Flowers for a future Sunday or make a payment for flowers presented on a past Sunday. If you wish to pay for more than one date, you must complete one form for each date.

ALTAR FLOWERS FOR A FUTURE SUNDAY (select one date only)
To pay for a future Sunday, please select the date you would like and indicate if the flowers are in Memory, Honor, or Celebration of a person, event or in Glory to God. You can purchase up to two flowers per Sunday. Each flower arrangement is $40 each ($80 for both). If you prefer, you can make the arrangements yourself. We will provide you the containers and foam.
If you don't see the date you would like to sign up for, please check back another time. Dates are updated monthly. Sign-ups are also available on the patio after church services.
You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. If you choose to pay by cash or check, please bring your payment to the church office or place it in the offering plate during service with the words "Altar Flowers payment" written on the check or envelope. Please make checks payable to Mission Lutheran Church.
